Bobby Robson was an English footballer and manager who played for and managed a variety of clubs in England and Europe. He is widely regarded as one of the greatest English football managers of all time, having managed his country at the 1990 World Cup, and winning trophies with Ipswich Town, PSV Eindhoven, Sporting Lisbon and Barcelona. He was knighted in 2002 for his services to football.
