Gene Siskel was an American film critic and journalist who is best known for co-hosting the popular film review television show Siskel & Ebert at the Movies with fellow critic Roger Ebert. He was the film critic for the Chicago Tribune from 1967 until his death in 1999, and he was also a correspondent for the syndicated news program CBS Sunday Morning.
